	Automatic process Hydraulic fluid or cleaning solvent passes through a filter. This filter is placed under a low magnification microscope (or stereo microscope) equiped with digital camera. Image contents (particles and fibers) are analysed by FILTER EXPERT for classification according to international standards. X/Y/Z motorized stage allows full filter scanning without operator time lacking.

	Standard compliance FILTER EXPERT is in compliance with international standards (ISO 4406, ISO 4407, ISO-DIS 16232-7-2, NFE 48-651, NFE 48-655, NF L41-101, ...). Particles and fibers classification settings are fully customizable to match specific manufacturer standards.

	Measurements / Overview / Report generator Measurement concerns the longest size of each particle. If objects intercept more than one field, the software automatically reconstructs the overall particle. FILTER EXPERT sequentially creates a complete map of the analyzed filter.
