The resolution at low cost
IMAGER HR14 systems are PC-based (Win 2000/XP). a system includes UV transilluminator, darkroom, CCD camera, bright zoom
and narrow interference filter
adapted to EtBr, SeBr green, color-stained, dot blots, ...
IMAGER HR14 systems take great benefit of high resolution CCD camera : long exposure time, incomparable resolution, flicker-free
images.
The darkroom holds the gel out of direct light. It also provides 100 % UV protection by shutting down UV when the front door
is opened.
2 suitable darkrooms :
-CHA001 : designed for 15 watts UV tables (20*20 to 40*20 cm)
-CHA005 : including a 8 watts 26*21 cm in slide out transilluminator.

Extended dynamic
IMAGER HR14 systems exist in 2 versions :
-HR 14 / 8 bits : 256 grey levels, recommanded for printing and qualitative analysis
-HR 14 / 12 bits : 4096 grey levels, recommanded for quantitative analysis

Highest spatial resolution than analog video system
A digital camera does not require frame grabber to export images to the PC. Pixels are directly addressed to the memory
through fire wire
connexion.
Our 1/2 inch CCD cameras present 1,4 million pixels (3 times more than analog CCD cameras).
More pixels and no frame grabber converge to get a better image in term of resolution. Narrowest bands are naturally separated.

Intuitive GelSmart software
IMAGER HR14 systems includes our new GelSmart software. With this on click software get clear high quality images without
lost of time.
Immediatly access all usual control push-buttons : Live focusing image, objective, best exposure time, printing and saving.
When printing and saving automatically include Acquisition parameters for GPL. GelSmart enables to merge annotations, to
change contrast, to
correct image misalignment and smile.
