Interactive intensity profiles supply accurate results : band intensity and percentage, molecular weight. Results are background

Gel Analyst suggests up to 6 different background methods (covering all the lanes or applied only to designed lanes).

In one click draw paths around lanes and correct distorded paths if required. Modifications are mouse driven.
