Merge image planes
Prefer monochrome CCD digital camera if you make quantitative intensity measurements. In all other cases you can get accurate
results
with color CCD camera, which can be aslo used for color imaging.
Depending of microscope beamsplitter filter cube you might acquire each color separately.
PERFECT IMAGE enables to merge 3 primary planes (Red, Green and Blue) to built a 24 bits color image.

RGB overlays adjustment
Microscope chromatical aberrations can be manually corrected at closely pixel by PERFECT IMAGE.
Independently R, G, B channel can be moved to each cardinal point.
